One live calendar
for the whole building
Tenants book rooms on a shared timeline, right in the browser. Companies that live in Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or CalDAV can sync both ways. Everyone else needs nothing but a login.
Two-way sync with the calendars tenants already use
Connect a tenant's calendar to a room and Naboro keeps both sides honest: meetings created there become bookings here, bookings made here appear back there. When two meetings collide, one wins and the other is declined, never silently double-booked.
One timeline, no double-bookings
Every room and every tenant share one live calendar, and the server refuses overlapping bookings. A taken slot is taken for everyone.
Your meetings stay private
Other companies can see that a room is taken and by whom, but not what the meeting is about. Each company manages its own people.
Any tablet becomes a room display
Open the display page on the tablet at the door: today's schedule, walk-up booking, extend, end early, and check-in. It's a web page, so there's nothing to install.
Sync you can audit
Every sync run is logged per building: what was imported, mirrored, updated, or removed, and in which calendar. No guessing what touched an event.
A door display on any tablet
Mount any iPad or Android tablet by the door, open a link, and it becomes a live room display. Green means free, readable from across the floor.
